Afi life achievement & new interviews

June 11, 2010

Yesterday night, Tom Hanks attended the 38th AFI Life Achievement Award Ceremony which honored Mike Nichols, director of movies like The Graduate, Closer or Charlie Wilson's War.
The ceremony will premiere on TV Land on Saturday, June 25 at 9PM ET/PST.

We've added to the press archive an interview from 1989 published in the magazine Playboy. It's a very long long but also very interesting interview, preceded by an introductory article. Tom Hanks talks about his childhood, his marriages, his work and even "plays critic and reviews his movies", such as Nothing in common, The Money Pit, Volunteers or Big... among others.

We've added another interview of Tom Hanks and Tim Allen to the video archives. This time they were interviewed by ReelzChannel for their program called Hollywood Dailies.
